• first hour we train our body and awareness (80 min.)
• second hour we dance (100 min.)
Mindful Dancing is a dance class for flexible and non-flexible bodies.
With a nuanced mindfulness training for body, mind and space we explore inner processes (memories, dreams and imagination) and find ways to creatively embody them. In doing so, we strengthen our entire being on all levels.
The course is open to all, registration required. Cost on request.
